This three-part series explores the relationship between the body, burnout, and the return to stillness. Moving between professional understanding and lived experience, it reflects on what happens when we can no longer keep going in the ways we are used to, and begin instead to listen to the body’s quieter signals. Through yin yoga, embodiment, and my own experience of recovery, it offers a reflection on softening, receiving support, and learning to trust the body again.
