I am passionate about supporting women who overwork, over-give, and/or have lost themselves—those navigating burnout, life transitions, or whose own needs have been long neglected. I help women reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit so they can reclaim their energy, confidence, clarity, and joy.
Life coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that helps you gain deeper self-awareness, identify what may be holding you back, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach blends traditional coaching with embodiment practices, because true transformation is not just something we think about—it is something we need to feel, experience, and integrate within the body.
Embodiment is the practice of reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. So many women live disconnected from themselves, constantly pushing through stress, overriding exhaustion, and often prioritising everyone else’s needs above their own. Guided by my own experiences of burnout and healing, I came to understand that lasting wellbeing cannot come from mindset alone; the body and nervous system also need support, safety, and care.
Drawing on ancient wisdom and modern research, I combine nervous system regulation, meditation, yin yoga, and somatic experiencing to create an intuitive, bespoke coaching experience tailored to you. Together, we gently explore patterns, restore balance, and cultivate practical tools that support lasting change in everyday life.
