Tuesday Evening Yin Yoga (£15/class or £50/4 classes)

Yin yoga is a slow and meditative style of yoga that focuses on gently staying in passive poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes. As we surrender into the shapes with our body, we affect the connective web of fascia which helps us move into a deeply relaxed state. In this state we are able to tune into what the body is holding and soften deeply held tension.This practice promotes flexibility, joint health, and emotional release, while also encouraging mindfulness, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. The long-held postures allow for deep stretching and can help improve blood and qi (life force energy) circulation, increase range of motion, and reduce stress. It’s especially beneficial for those seeking a calm, restorative practice that complements more active forms of exercise and helps elliviate the symptomos of chronic stress. Embracing the Stillness of Winter - Day Retreat (£75)

Join Rebecca for a restful day of self-care and connection where we can listen to the whispers of nature within our own bodies. We shall come together to practice breathwork, yin yoga, gentle, mindful movement and meditation using the Traditional Chinese Medicine framework of the 5 elements; we will honour the restful and reflective aspects of the water element. There will be a simple vegetarian lunch provided. No experience necessary. There is on-site parking for this event. Everything is provided but please bring a water bottle. Yin Yoga - Back to Basics Workshop £30

In this workshop you will learn how to safely praftice yin and how you can benefit from practising.

We will learn/re-visit:

  • How to safely get in and out of each pose

  • How to use props to get the most out of each pose

  • What is rebound and what its purpose is.

  • How to 'play your edge'

  • What fascia is and the basics about how it is being affected in the practice

  • How the practice helps to regulate the nervous system

This will be an excellent workshop for anyone who knows they need to do somethng about their aches and pains and/or lack of mobility and/or need to reduce the negative impact of prolonged stress on their mind-body but feels a little intimidated abouit joining a class. It will equally be useful for experienced practitioners to re-visit the basic principles of yin yoga and return to the 'beginner's mind'.

The Psoas: Muscle of the Soul £35

Join Rebecca for this 3-hour Yin Yoga workshop devoted to the psoas, often called the muscle of the soul. Through long-held yin postures, conscious breathwork, and subtle awareness of the chakras, we will explore how this deep muscle stores stress, emotion, and subconscious patterns. Guided practices will support the release of tension from the hips and lower spine while cultivating a deeper mind–body connection. Expect a nourishing journey inward that invites grounding, emotional release, and a renewed sense of safety and ease.

Step away from the noise and return to what truly matters—you. Back to You is a week-long yoga and Vedic meditation retreat set against the serene turquoise waters and pine-covered hills of Göcek, Turkey. Through daily Yin (and some Hatha yoga), pranayama and meditation, nourishing food, and unhurried time in nature, you’ll reconnect with your body, quieten your mind, and restore your inner balance; providing the perfect framework for self-inquiry and Self-realisation.

This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself in one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful sanctuaries. Please note parts of this retreat will be held in silence. This is a alcohol and meat-free retreat.
