Join Rebecca for this 3-hour Yin Yoga workshop devoted to the psoas, often called the muscle of the soul. Through long-held yin postures, conscious breathwork, and subtle awareness of the chakras, we will explore how this deep muscle stores stress, emotion, and subconscious patterns. Guided practices will support the release of tension from the hips and lower spine while cultivating a deeper mind–body connection. Expect a nourishing journey inward that invites grounding, emotional release, and a renewed sense of safety and ease.
This is an experiential journey rather than an intellectual learning.

Feedback from a previous attendee:
Yesterday’s workshop on the psoas was such a beautiful and nourishing experience.
It felt like a true invitation to slow down, soften, and come back into connection with my body in a deeply mindful way. Being gently guided through the yin poses allowed me to really listen, release, and honour what my body needed in each moment.
The space that was held felt incredibly safe and compassionate — you led with such warmth, wisdom, and intuitive understanding. I felt completely supported throughout, which allowed me to fully relax and let go on a deeper level.
I left feeling calm, grounded, and restored… and for the first time in a long while, I had a truly comfortable, restful night’s sleep without my usual back pain.
Thank you for creating such a special and healing experience — it was genuinely wonderful ✨
